Job summary

Ameren Missouri seeks a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead storeroom personnel and manage daily operations under bargaining agreements. You will supervise the team, plan work, ensure safety, and maintain inventory accuracy across locations.

You will collaborate with Business Line teams to optimize inventory, support outage and emergency operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership and strong communication skills in a utility setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Six or more years of experience in utility material management or storeroom operations may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Five or more years of experience in storeroom operations or utility material management required.
• Experience in utility storeroom operations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, administrative, and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel engaged in storeroom operations.
• Plan, organize, and direct the workforce in a safe, efficient, and effective manner with bargaining agreements.
• Oversee storeroom operations, maintain parts and inventory levels and records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Business Line personnel to optimize inventory and customer service.
• Represent the Company in bargaining unit matters and participate in callout rotation.
