Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience or training.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, work orders, and operating instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting and transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and to drive if required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming products, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Check deliveries for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Sort, label, organize, and store items on shelves and designated areas.
• Stock materials and accurately pick orders.
• Issue tools and equipment to employees and maintain records.
• Enter inventory information into computer systems and maintain stock records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reporting.
• Identify damaged, missing, or misplaced equipment and report it.
• Request inventory replenishment as needed.
• Deliver items to designated work areas as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
