Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to stock and issue storeroom merchandise and beverages, assist in inventory, and keep products properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated. Basic computer skills and storekeeping software knowledge are required to input items received and issued.

You will retrieve deliveries, fill requisitions, deliver items to outlets, report shortages or spoilage, maintain a clean storeroom including freezer and refrigerators, and secure all areas at day’s

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English to complete requisitions and identify products.
• Must be able to count to complete requisitions and perform inventory.
• Department of Health TB clearance.
• Forklift training and certificate needed to operate forklift.
• Driver’s license when operating company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve deliveries from loading dock in a timely manner.
• Ensure items are properly stored, labeled, dated and rotated.
• Fill requisitions and deliver items to specified outlets.
• Report shortages, discrepancies or spoilage to manager.
• Keep storeroom including freezer and refrigerators organized, clean and tidy.
• Input information on items received and issued into the storekeeping program.
• Secure storeroom, freezers and refrigerators at the end of the day.
• Perform duties and operate equipment following safety procedures.
