Responsibilities include inventory control, proper storage of food and supplies, HACCP compliance, and following company protocols. A valid driver’s license may be required for transporting supplies.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required for transporting supplies.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and inventories departmental supplies and food per guidelines.
• Stores food and supplies in proper containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Dates and rotates stock, prioritizing oldest products.
• Orders food and supplies using company protocols.
• Safeguards designated storeroom areas and follows security procedures.
