Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Storeroom/Delivery role at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, SC. The shift runs Monday through Saturday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains necessary food and other supplies to run the Food Service Department.
• Stores foods and supplies in proper containers and in appropriate storage areas per guidelines to prevent spoilage.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items per standards.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to oldest product-first procedures.
• Orders food and supplies following company protocols and specifications.
• Secures storeroom areas to prevent theft and follows safety procedures for storage and security.
• Transports food and supplies in approved containers or vehicles to arrive safely and intact.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety.
• Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment used to proper resources.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports as outlined in corporate policies.
