Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full or part-time storeroom/delivery position at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. Responsibilities include receiving storage, inventory control, and maintaining sanitation in storage areas. 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with rotating weekends. A sign-on bonus of $750 is offered.

Qualifikationen

• One year of stockroom experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required for transport duties.

Aufgaben

• Inventories and maintains necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Stores food and supplies in correct containers and proper storage areas according to department guidelines.
• Maintains records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable food items per standards.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to procedures, using oldest product first.
• Orders food and supplies based upon product specification as established by company ordering protocols and procedures.
• Transports food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles to ensure delivery is safe and intact.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety.
• Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment used to proper resources.
• Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in corporate policies and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines.
