• Takes inventory and reports to accounting.

Responsibilities

• The storeroom clerk is responsible for supplying all food & beverage outlets with food products.
• Ensures all received product is checked for weights, temperature, and quality
• Fill requisitions for F&B outlets
• Receive fresh dry products daily and rotate as needed
• Inform Executive Chef and Production Chef of product nearing the end of its shelf life
• Take inventory and report to accounting
