Job summary

Real Alloy is hiring a Store Room Clerk to manage inventory, supplier communications, and order processing. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills, with 1–3 years in a stockroom or warehouse setting.

You will maintain ERP-based records, perform cycle counts, and assist with loading/unloading and receiving activities. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, ethical, and challenge-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory of stockroom items including ordering, receiving, stocking, labeling, and caring for items.
• Maintain inventory database with accurate counts and vendor information.
• Enter purchase requests to restock and meet inventory levels.
• Manage supplier communications, quotes, orders, and delivery tracking.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and verify incoming materials against orders.
• Ensure parts arrive on time, undamaged, and allocated properly.
• Label inventory for easy access and assist on-site with parts.
• Load/unload semi-trucks during receiving/shipping.
• Keep stockroom clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Meet monthly Safety Leading Indicator requirements.

• Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to perform different types of physical activities for extended periods of time up to 12 hours, such as walking, climbing, carrying lifting up to 50lbs, stooping, twisting, bending, kneeling, reaching above shoulders, shoveling, sweeping and general cleaning both of plant equipment and property.
