Are you ready to be a crucial part of a dynamic team where your efforts directly impact our operational success? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, performing material handling, inventory stocking, and receiving functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under general supervision, enjoys being a resource for leaders and personnel, and has a knack for materials acquisition and transportation.
In this role, you will operate computer-based inventory and purchasing systems, ensuring accurate inventory levels through picking, staging, replenishment, and cycle counting. Your commitment to providing timely and efficient customer service in our MRO Storeroom will be essential, as you issue and receive parts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring our internal customers' needs are met promptly. With a keen eye for detail, you will enter data into handheld RF inventory scanners, prepare paperwork for special orders, and research inventory discrepancies to maintain record accuracy.
Your responsibilities will also include processing transfer orders, organizing back-stock locations, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of storeroom rows. You will ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and EMS standards and complete special projects as required. Additionally, you will secure production material loads for transportation and perform lift truck driving for storage and retrieval of materials.

This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
