Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. is hiring a Storeroom Assistant for the Scottdale, PA shop. This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes occasional overtime and a focus on efficient storeroom operations, inventory, and cross-department support.

The candidate will handle small engines, loading/unloading trucks, and forklift use while maintaining a clean, organized storeroom and providing reliable service to internal teams. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for jobs and load/unload shipments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Penn Line is seeking candidates for a Storeroom Assistant position that will be located in the Shop in Scottdale, PA. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working on small engines


• Pulling orders for jobs


• Putting supplies away


• Inventory


• Load and unload trucks


• Operate forklift


• Repair hand tools


• Maintenance repairs


• Keep storeroom clean and orderly


• Assist other departments


• Take phone calls


• Ship and order supplies


• Distribute tasks to helpers

Physical Demands:

• Moderate lifting (at least 50 lbs.)


• Occasional kneeling or bending


• Standing
