Job summary

American Crystal Sugar Company in Crookston, MN seeks a Storekeeper to manage inventory of chemicals, coal, coke and lime rock within a $2,000 limit and to process purchase orders, supporting continuous factory operations.

You will coordinate with supervision, mechanics and storeroom staff, utilize SAP MM for inventory control, and ensure accurate requisitions and timely shipping and receiving across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two year degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior storeroom or purchasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventories of chemicals, coal, coke and lime rock to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitors inventory cycle counts and coordinates monthly measurements for year-end adjustments.
• Performs use calculations and charges materials to correct accounts daily.
• Coordinates storeroom staff and truck driver duties to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
