Qualifications

• Formal arithmetic education: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions & percentages.
• 6 months' training or 6 months' experience in inventory control.
• 3 months' training or 3 months' experience in OSHA or other safety standards in storeroom/warehouse operations.
• Must pass security screen for drug central warehouse or storeroom.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead incarcerated personnel in receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing stock and equipment.
• Enforce storeroom or warehouse procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory records, logs, and perpetual inventory updates.
• Open/inspect mail and operate related equipment; handle shipments and postage as required.
