Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Blalock TX—Houston, TX is seeking a Storefront Associate to deliver friendly, fast, and memorable service while helping guests choose products.

You will operate the POS, prepare coffee and beverages, assist with bread merchandising, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates. Weekend availability and a 20+ hour week are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

QualificationsQualifications
