85°C Bakery Cafe in Houston is seeking an entry-level Storefront Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, help with product selection, and operate the POS system while maintaining a clean, food-safe environment.

Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent physical activity, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Repetitive hand movements.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
