Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Floor Support to help organize the showroom floor, move furniture as directed by the Visual Presentation Manager, load and unload customer purchases, receive shipments and assemble furniture.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, follow instructions, bend, reach, stand and climb ladders, perform basic maintenance, and maintain safe work practices. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential to keep the showroom running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail showroom or warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely move up to 75 lbs.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Place furniture on the showroom floor as specified by the VPM.
• Load and unload customer purchases.
• Receive furniture shipments.
• Assemble furniture as needed.
• Assist with organizing the showroom.
• Maintain the back room storage area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Complete inventory paperwork.
• Climb ladders to hang accessories or pictures.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor maintenance.
• Understand and maintain all safe work practices and rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay or shift range: $16 USD to $19 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
