Job summary

Pottery Barn is seeking a Visual Manager in our store to lead visual merchandising and inspire the team to deliver world-class service. This role focuses on creating engaging customer experiences, maintaining compelling displays, and coaching associates to uphold brand standards.

You will interpret visual directives, drive sales through styling expertise, and promote the Pottery Barn lifestyle while ensuring a welcoming, neighborhood-friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of merchandising or visual role experience.
• 1-2 years in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions.
• College degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing styling expertise.
• Promote innovative ways to make Pottery Barn a neighborhood destination.
• Interpret and execute visual inspiration to drive sales and brand spirit.
• Ensure displays are visually compelling to drive sales.
• Model and coach associates to uphold visual standards.
• Promote the brand lifestyle and protect its image.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain presentation.
• Execute floorset within required timeframe.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive work environment.
