Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display efforts.
• Partner with management to achieve visual standards.
• Collaborate with GM on store adaptations for visual directives.
• Analyze reporting for profitability opportunities.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new associates.
