Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain visual standards and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, SISO routines, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and development.
