Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our stores. You will provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout and help keep our shelves stocked and the store clean.

Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (or in progress) and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases and address concerns with urgency.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store; keep food and beverages up to standard.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
