Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Supporting operations to meet sales targets (Cashier only).
• Outdoor hobbies experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection only).

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers; bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and basic math.
• Passion for outdoors hobbies (fishing, hunting, camping, etc.).
• Compliance with firearm transaction laws (Fishing and Hunting roles).
• Use of basic tools and equipment.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Emergency response knowledge.
• Situational awareness skills.
