Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection).

Work Experience:

• Previous related experience preferred.
• Experience with POS equipment, symbols, and telephones preferred (Cashier).
• Outdoor hobbies and skills, such as fishing and hunting, preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast).
• CPR and First Responder certification, Loss Prevention, or Criminal Justice background are pluses (Asset Protection).

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and engage—bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and instructions.

• Passion for outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast).
• Ability to meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing & Hunting).
• Proficiency with basic tools and equipment.
• Strong situational awareness and emergency response skills.
