They are responsible for ensuring fast, friendly customer service, helping customers navigate the wide range of products, and impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and our mission.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Supporting operations to meet sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and build rapport; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety and operation documents.
• Basic math skills and common sense application.
• Operate POS and related equipment (Cashier Only).
• Write reports and correspondence (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software (Cashier Only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, shooting, camping (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Meet legal requirements for firearm transactions and FOID card (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Use of basic tools and equipment.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good hearing and vision.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Visual abilities for close and distant vision, depth perception, and focus.
