Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection).

Work Experience:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, symbols, and phones preferred (Cashier).
• Experience in outdoor hobbies and interests, especially fishing and hunting, preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast).
• CPR and First Responder certification, Loss Prevention, or Criminal Justice background are pluses (Asset Protection).

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and engage; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math and understanding instructions.
• Experience with POS equipment, inventory software, and order processing (Cashier).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies and skills.
• Compliance with firearm transaction regulations (Fishing and Hunting).
• Proficiency with basic tools and equipment.
• Strong situational awareness and emergency response skills.

Physical Requirements & Attendance

Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must meet vision and hearing requirements, and be able to walk, stand, lift, and perform physical activities as described.

Compensation & Benefits
