Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Experience with POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Support of operations and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years outdoors hobbies experience preferred, especially fishing and hunting (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and instructions comprehension.
• Operate POS and related equipment (Cashier Only).
• Write routine reports (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing (Cashier Only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, camping, etc. (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm transactions and FOID card (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Use of basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Stand and use hands frequently.
