Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service and manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while assisting with BOPIS/OMNI tasks.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming-related experience, are at least 18, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Shifts vary and may include weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required; flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and assist customers loading purchases.
