You will lead onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback, manage schedules, and collaborate with leadership to achieve labor and margin goals in a dynamic Florida store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams or equivalent supervisory roles.
• Ability to manage payroll, schedules, and store budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
