Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving store performance.
• Coach and mentor a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
• Drive engagement with the membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Participate in recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Handle cash-handling tasks and ensure a safe, compliant store environment.
