Job summary

Follett Corporation in Milwaukee is looking for a Team Lead to work closely with management to meet customer needs and drive sales. Responsibilities include training team members, receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring store safety.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and an Associate's Degree or equivalent. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $24.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Assist team members with store tasks.
• Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
• Act as leader on duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Open and close the store safely.
