Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Bethany, West Virginia to work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager in receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise. The role involves assisting Team Members, ensuring proper training, and acting as a leader on duty.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The pay range for this position is $12.00-$24.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store.
• Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and education.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and security.
