Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to work closely with store management to price, stock, and present merchandise while driving sales and profits. You will guide and train team members, be the on-duty leader, and ensure store safety and security.

The role requires leadership ability, customer service focus, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs.
• Assist team members with completing store tasks.
• Ensure training and education for team members; provide ongoing compliance training.
• Act as leader on duty, respond to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety of store property and team members.
