Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment
• Proven ability to lead a sales team
• POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports
• Strong organization and problem solving skills
• Passion for exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing and holidays

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through product knowledge
• Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of store operations
• Contribute ideas and solutions to leadership that improve store productivity and operations
• Assist in onboarding and trainings for new associates
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback
• Assist in resolving customer service matters
• Oversee and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency of store operations
• Communicate performance feedback to store management
• Ensure scheduled breaks and meals are followed
• Maintain open outward communication on the sales floor
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
• Perform opening and closing procedures and inventory duties as directed
