Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising programs and ensure product knowledge.
• Develop budgets and track financial reports (P&L, sales, expenses).
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stock levels and shrink control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and department rules.
• Maintain safety equipment and lead store staff in safety practices.
• Operate a cash register and perform other duties as assigned.
