Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Urbana, IL to support store operations, staff oversight, and customer service excellence. You will assist the Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, merchandising, and ensuring high standards across all duties.

Key duties include supervising staff, handling cash, and executing Circle K’s food program with urgency and teamwork. A strong leader with retail experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision.
• Experience recruiting and interviewing staff.
• Ability to train and motivate team.
• Nice-to-have: High School/College degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise, and coordinate staff to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and support the food program.
• Demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.
