Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota to assist the store manager in guiding associates, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting a personal style through product knowledge and clean, exciting presentation.

The role involves coaching, relationship building with customers, and supporting daily store operations while working a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
