You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise and train associates, maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and secure assets.
• Enforce safety policies and supervise training of associates.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment and support Store Manager.
