Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers as they enter and thanks them as they leave, offering recommendations.
• Rings up sales on the cash register, handles payments accurately.
• Maintains store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Stocks merchandise and sets up signage, monitors inventory and pricing.
• Monitors shift sales and cash handling procedures, supports end-of-shift reports.
• Supervises staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
