Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and training support for new team members.
• Maintain high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Lead floor service and handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
• Support merchandising and floor set changes during shifts.
• Drive sales by engaging guests and promoting promotions.
