We are seeking a full-time, benefits-eligible Store Supervisor to oversee store operations and ensure excellent customer service and product quality. Our environment is casual, with a focus on work/life balance, and our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed Sundays. What You'll Do

• Manage store operations and assume control in the absence of the Manager.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet expectations.
• Work and train all positions in front and back of house.
• Perform administrative tasks such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established tools and processes.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and prepare reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing as needed.
• Oversee production, sales efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and proper equipment use.
• Manage FIFO rotation of products.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in catering, gifting sales, and fulfillment processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions and setup for promotions and holidays.

What We Think You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2+ years of restaurant or service industry experience preferred, with supervisory experience recommended.
• Understanding of production facility operations (1-2 years' experience).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering/deliveries.
