This is a full time, benefits eligible role that supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality. We have a casual environment AND we offer better work/life balance, too. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM - and we're closed on Sundays. What You'll Do

  1. Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
  2. Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met. Assist Manager in the implementation of development plans for staff.
  3. Be able to effectively work and train all positions in both the front and back of the house.
  4. Perform various administrative functions such as banking and scheduling meetings.
  5. Coach associates using established processes and tools including Huddles, Observation checklists, and Ham Evaluations.
  6. Execute store opening / closing procedures and generate daily / weekly reports.
  7. Manage and monitor labor, adjusting store staffing based on business demands.
  8. Monitor production and sales efficiencies including wait times, yields, and product quality.
  9. Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed, including hand dip, hair nets, gloves, and aprons. Ensure proper use of equipment. Monitor stocking and clean-up duties.
  10. Ensure FIFO rotation of all products in FOH and BOH, including unproduced and produced hams and turkeys.
  11. Handle customer complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction according to Company policy.
  12. Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment for B2B and Catering processes.
  13. Lead merchandising transitions and ensure proper setup for holidays and non-holiday periods.

What We Think You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable; prior supervisory experience recommended.
  • Understanding of production facility operations, equivalent to 1-2 years' work experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering orders/deliveries.

Benefits for full-time Store Supervisors include: medical, dental, vision insurance options, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k), bonuses, tuition assistance, Employee Assistance Program, and product discounts. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour depending on experience.
