Essential Job Functions:

• Supervises team that delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service,food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation.
• Provides leadership, direction, training and development to the team members.
• Assists staffing decisions such as, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Manages the store’s financial performance
• Makes recommendations to enhance restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate, develop and maintain a close, effective relationships with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of computers, POS systems, and various electronic devices
• Strong interpersonal,communication, time-management, and leadershipskills
• Previous experience as a Supervisoror Managerfor restaurants
• Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
• Vietnamese and English is a plus
