Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a commitment to guest hospitality. You will coach teammates, ensure fast, accurate service, and maintain product availability, merchandising, and cleanliness across the store and dining areas.

This role includes a $1.50/hr night differential for 10pm–6am shifts and a comprehensive benefits package with growth opportunities at a dynamic convenience‑store network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and available for customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
