Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver top‑notch hospitality. You’ll mentor staff, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and keep shelves stocked and clean to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Able to multi-task and stand for extended periods; may need to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with 40 pounds.
• Customer-service oriented with reliable, energetic work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store merchandise, ensure products are ordered, rotated and available.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
