Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high energy and a strong team mentality. You will greet customers, ensure fast and friendly service, and coach peers to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, task prioritization, and attention to shelf and store cleanliness. Night shifts qualify for an additional $1.50/hour and bonuses; strong development opportunities and benefits are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
