Job summary

Sheetz in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team with energy and hospitality. You will champion excellent customer service, coach teammates, and ensure products are available and well-presented to our customers.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining cleanliness, and driving smooth store operations. The role offers growth opportunities, with bonuses, strong benefits, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor to be 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task and perform standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications quickly and safely.
