Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Store Supervisor in Mount Joy, PA to lead frontline team members with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You’ll guide daily operations, ensure hospitality-focused customer service, and help maintain product availability and store presentation.

This role offers opportunities for growth, competitive pay plus a $1.50/hr night shift premium for working 10pm–6am, quarterly bonuses, PTO, tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21+ for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service

• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
