Sheetz is seeking a motivated store Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional hospitality and food service. You will guide staff to meet customer demands while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring teammates, and ensuring product availability, cleanliness, and efficient operation of the store.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older per policy.
• VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and assist lifting up to 40 pounds for some roles.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a Team Member
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
