Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team and deliver warm, efficient service while upholding quality standards for food and beverage preparations. You will model a high-energy, customer-focused culture and guide teammates to prioritize tasks and execute store operations with speed and accuracy.

You will be part of a fast-paced environment that values hospitality, teamwork, and personal growth, with access to opportunities for development and advancement.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
