Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in our store to support management in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will help maintain merchandising standards, engage customers, and serve as a role model for the team.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with responsibilities that include POS transactions and supervising in the Store Manager's absence.

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Pay Range
USD $17.50/Hr -USD $24.13/Hr.
