Job summary

Edikted is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Lincoln Road location in the United States. You will lead the store team, coach sales staff, and ensure a premier customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will collaborate with the Store and Assistant Managers, oversee operations, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with the Edikted brand standards while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Pay: $24+/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently every day. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers.

Your role includes:

• Customer Experience – Lead by example and coach your team to provide outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.
• Sales & Operations – Help execute sales strategies, assist in scheduling, and ensure smooth store operations to maximize performance.
• Store Presentation – Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, oversee shipment processing, and ensure merchandising aligns with Edikted brand standards.
• Loss Prevention & Safety – Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect both employees and customers.
• Team Leadership – Support in training, developing, and motivating the team to hit goals and grow within the company.
• Daily Store Routines – Assist with store openings/closings, manage workflow, and ensure operational excellence.

Who You Are

• A natural leader with 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about fashion and helping customers find their style.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs, move around the store with ease, and handle physical tasks when needed.
• Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A strong communicator who fosters a positive, inclusive team culture.
