Job summary

Edikted is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our team at the King of Prussia Mall location. This full-time role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coaching the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will supervise daily store routines, ensure compelling visual merchandising, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards while driving sales performance. Benefits and PTO are provided.

• 1–2+ years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about fashion and helping customers find their style.
• Multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Loss Prevention & Safety - Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect both employees and customers.
• Team Leadership - Support in training, developing, and motivating the team to hit goals and grow within the company.
